Hengeler Mueller advises Sellers on sale of 360T to Deutsche Börse

The shareholders of 360T Beteiligungs GmbH (“360T”) have entered into an agreement with Deutsche Börse AG on the complete sale of 360T to Deutsche Börse AG for a total purchase price of EUR 725 m. 360T was founded in 2000 and is a leading global provider of web-based trading technology. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval by regulatory and competition authorities.

Hengeler Mueller advised the shareholders of 360T on the transaction.
