Hengeler Mueller advises Charles River Laboratories on acquisition of Oncotest

Charles River Laboratories International Inc. (“Charles River Laboratories”) last week announced the acquisition of Oncotest GmbH. The transaction volume amounts to EUR 34 m plus EUR 2 m payable subject to the further development of the company.

Charles River Laboratories is a full service, early-stage contract research company providing services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Oncotest GmbH provides research and validation services for pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the area of preclinical cancer research.

Hengeler Mueller advised Charles River Laboratories on the acquisition.
