Hengeler Mueller advises Korian on acquisition of Casa Reha

Korian S.A. today announced the signing of the acquisition of Casa Reha Group. The acquisition requires clearance by the German Federal Cartel Office.

The Korian Group is a leading European operator of nursing homes, post-acute and rehabilitation clinics, assisted living facilities and home-care services, around 60,000 beds in France, Germany, Italy and Belgium in over 600 facilities. The Korian Group employs around 40,000 people.

Casa Reha is one of the leading private operators of nursing homes and provider if care services in Germany with around 70 nursing homes, more than 10,000 beds and more than 4,000 employees.
