Hengeler Mueller advises J.P. Morgan on sale of GARDEN TOWER office property in Frankfurt CBD

A fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management - Real Global Assets has sold the landmark GARDEN TOWER office building in Frankfurt’s central banking district with approximately 27,513 square metres to a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners and co-investor Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors. Main tenant of the building is Société Générale alongside other financial institutions.

Hengeler Mueller, alongside BNP Paribas, JLL and Mace, advised the sellers on all legal aspects of the share deal transaction, including the refinancing of existing debt. The Hengeler Mueller team was led by partner Daniel Kress (Real Estate/Real Estate Finance, London) and included associates Thomas Nebel (Corporate Real Estate, London) and Loretta Lang (Corporate, Frankfurt).
