Nicolas advises clients on German and European antitrust and merger control cases. He represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office as well as before the European and German courts.
His practice covers abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, compliance trainings/audits, follow-on damage claims litigation and aspects of the day-to day business. Furthermore, he advises clients on state aid law as well as on EU and constitutional law issues.
