Torsten advises on a broad range of corporate matters, in particular capital measures and corporate reorganizations as well as shareholder meetings of listed companies. He also advises a wide spectrum of corporate clients and private equity and venture capital funds, as well as company founders in M&A transactions.

Insolvency-related matters and corporate restructurings are a particular focus of Torsten's practice. He advises both debtors and creditors in debt restructurings, and he has frequently given advice on how to structure business relationships with distressed group companies, customers and suppliers. Torsten also advises on the acquisition of distressed target companies and transactions out of insolvency estates.
