Michael has a broad practice covering financing, banking and capital markets. He advises clients across the full range of lending with a particular emphasis on acquisition finance and project finance. He also advises on internal group financings.

Further, he advises domestic and foreign banks and financial services institutions as well as asset managers on matters relating to investment and banking regulatory law, payment services and securities regulation.
