Henrik has a broad practice focussing on capital markets, banking and regulatory issues, including bank supervision and securities regulation. 

He particularly advises companies and banks in a wide variety of capital markets transactions. This covers IPOs, capital increases and private placements. In this regard he also covers relevant aspects of stock corporation law. 

In addition, he focusses on capital market based financing through the issue of bonds and structured investment products such as the issuance of hybrid bonds.
