In recent years, he has represented a major stock listed company in its transformation from a production company into a mere holding company. This transformation included major public capital increases on various levels of the group, refinancings, as well as the coordination of the defence in major commercial and penal law litigation.

Recently, he successfully advised a major stock listed company in its defence against a cash offer by a strategic bidder. He also advised a stock listed target in its defence against a mandatory bid in the form of an exchange offer. In addition, he advised a stock listed company against the attempt of a strategic shareholder to obtain control below the level of a mandatory offer.

In M&A, he advised family owned businesses in their disinvestments to private equity investors as well as strategic investors.  He has also advised strategic buyers in their continuous rounding off of specific markets, shareholders, creditors as well as potential acquirers in restructurings.
