Christian advises national and international corporate clients as well as investors on all individual and collective aspects of employment law. His practice includes ongoing employment law advice as well as advice on M&A transactions and reorganisations. Christian regularly leads negotiations with unions and works councils on behalf of his clients. He also represents them in conciliation board proceedings and employment litigation. Other key areas of his practice consist of providing advice on employment-related compliance matters and compensation systems.

Among the M&A transactions and reorganizations that Christian most recently advised on employment law are the advice to Centerbridge on investment in auxmoney, to Cerberus when acquiring HSH Nordbank, to GE when acquiring Concept Laser as well as the advice to IBM group, MVV Energie and JCDecaux on different reorganizational measures.

Christian most recently conducted negotiations with unions and works councils for companies of Sonae Arauco, IBM, Cherry, BorgWarner, and Deutsche Bank. Lately, he also represented Bosch, Morgan Stanley, and Rema Tip Top in various employment-related court cases. Additionally, he advised several major financial institutions concerning compensation systems and an insurance group, a media group, a car manufacturer, a state bank, and a large non-profit corporation regarding its employment-related compliance matters.
