He particularly advises companies and banks in a wide variety of capital markets transactions. This covers IPOs, capital increases requiring a prospectus and private placements with admission to trading on a stock exchange.
His practice also covers capital market based financing through the issue of bonds and structured investment products such as the issuance of hybrid bonds.
In addition, he advises domestic and foreign corporate clients, banks and private-equity funds across the full range of syndicated and bilateral lending with a particular emphasis on acquisition finance.
