Henning is a member of our Dispute Resolution Group. He primarily advises clients in national and international arbitration cases. He also acts regularly in front of state courts and advises clients on out-of-court settlements. Henning focuses on contract and corporate law disputes (including post-M&A matters) as well as investment treaties. His clients include a wide range of enterprises from Germany and abroad.

Henning is currently advising Deutsche Telekom AG and Toll Collect GmbH in the arbitration proceedings regarding the German toll collect system for heavy trucks. He also acts on behalf of Achmea B.V. in state court proceedings regarding the setting aside of an arbitral award rendered under the bilateral investment treaty between the Netherlands and the Slovak Republic. Post-M&A matters he has recently worked include the dispute between EWE and EnBW regarding the sale of shares in VNG. Henning also represents a number of companies in the energy sector in arbitration proceedings regarding the supply and storage of natural gas.
