Henning is a member of our Dispute Resolution Group. He primarily advises clients in national and international arbitration cases. He also acts regularly in front of state courts and advises clients on out-of-court settlements.

Henning focuses on contract and corporate law disputes (including Post-M&A matters) as well as disputes arising in connection with industrial or infrastructure projects. His clients include a wide range of enterprises from Germany and abroad.

Henning advised Deutsche Telekom AG and Toll Collect GmbH in the arbitration proceedings regarding the German toll collect system for heavy trucks over several years. He also represented Achmea B.V. in state court proceedings and in front of the European Court of Justice in the milestone case on arbitral proceedings under bilateral investment treaties between EU member states. Henning regularly acts in Post-M&A matters and has got comprehensive experience in arbitration proceedings in the energy sector regarding the supply and storage of natural gas.
