National and international corporate acquisitions and mergers are a main focus of our work at Hengeler Mueller. More than half of our lawyers work in this practice area. The number and volume of mergers, public takeover offers, auctions, financed acquisitions and joint ventures we have acted on speak for themselves. In the last three years, we have handled more than 60 M&A transactions each with a transaction value of more than one billion euros, and we have advised on another 125 transactions each with a value of more than 100 million euros.
