ANTITRUST, MERGER CONTROL
The antitrust team at Hengeler Mueller is one of the largest in Germany with lawyers in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Brussels. Our lawyers have extensive experience in all relevant industries. We work in Integrated Teams together with our international partner firms and regularly advise on large M&A transactions and other corporate matters.
The firm represents clients in merger control proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the EC Commission and coordinates merger control proceedings worldwide. Hengeler Mueller also advises on regulatory issues in the fields of energy, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications and represents clients before antitrust authorities and courts in proceedings relating to assessments of fines and public subsidies.
