Family and Profession

One of the greatest challenges in any profession is that of balancing demanding work with a well-functioning family life. We therefore place great importance on offering interesting opportunities to highly qualified lawyers – both men and women – with children. For example, if you seek part-time employment over a longer period of time, counsel status may be an attractive alternative for you.

We also support all our lawyers with children when organising their everyday work through our cooperation with pme Familienservice GmbH, a company which provides comprehensive advice on issues of childcare and introduces childcare professionals and organisations to parents and which maintains a network of facilities for emergency situations where childcare is needed at short notice.

In addition, we assist in balancing work and family life in all practical aspects, starting in 2010 with organisational and financial support of day care places.
